Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lb Gr. Beef
    1 C. chopped onion
    1 C. chopped Green Peppers
    1 C. diced Celery
    2 14-oz cans of diced tomatoes
    1 6-oz can of tomato paste
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1-1.5 TBsp Chili Powder
    2 tsp Salt

Directions

Brown ground beef and garlic until meat is browned (about 15 min). Drain meat. If you're adding beans, drain and reserve bean liquid. Add all ingredients and cook until veggies are tender. Chili should be done in an hour. The longer you let it simmer, the better it will taste. If the chili gets too thick, add bean juice if you have it. Otherwise, just add a little water.
