protein pancakes protein pancakes
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    6 egg whites
    1/2 C. lowfat cottage cheese
    1/2 C. rolled oats
    1/4 C. wheat germ
    1 scoop of whey or soy protein powder
    1/4 C. ground flax seed
    1 tsp. baking powder
    cinnamon
    1 Tbls. canola oil
    1/4 C. 1% milk
    2/3 C. blueberries

Directions

beat egg whites and set aside. Put next 7 ingredients in food processor and mix until mixture is uniform. put into bowl and add egg whites milk, and oil and mix well. Add blueberries and pour into hot pan coated with cooking spray. makes 5-6 pancakes.
