Introduction

easy and very healthy. i throw in any vegetable that is in the house at the time...frozen and raw.

I don't think that the recipe calculator includes the water ...so the nutrition facts are based on the soup being concentrated.

Ingredients

    Beef, tip round, 6 oz (cut into small cubes)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long)
    Carrots, raw, 2 small (5-1/2" long)
    Lima beans, frozen (10 oz) .5 package
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels
    Yellow Squash, .5 cup
    Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced
    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Cauliflower, raw, .4 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 15 oz.
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Basil, 4 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Italian Seasoning Blend (Mrs. Dash), 2 serving
    Spice Time Garlic Pepper Seasoning, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 60 fl oz

Directions

Chop up all vegetables and beef. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high for about 5-6 hours. Check on it occassionally.
