Ingredients



    * Almonds, .25 cup, whole (remove)
    * dried pineapple-- two rings
    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.25 cup (remove)
    * *Blueberries, dried, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * *Dried Papaya, 1.0 oz (remove)
    * *dried mango, 1 oz / 3 smaller pieces
    * Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Banana Chips, 1 oz / .25 cup

Directions

mix all together into a large bowl-- tear up the larger pieces of dried fruit. makes about 4 half- cup servings or so.
