Twiced Baked Potatoes

Delicious twist on a favorite. Delicious twist on a favorite.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 baked potatoes
    3 green onions (chopped)
    2 tbsp sour cream
    1 1/2 tbsp bacon bits
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Prepare baked potaotes as usual ( 400 degrees for about an hour or hour and a half). Cut potaoes length wise, then scoop out flesh with out ripping the skin. Put potatoes in a bowl, add onion, sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits. Mix well, until smooth. Refill potatoe skins and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
