    Large onion
    2 green peppers
    6 sticks celery
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 can diced tomatos
    4 chicken thighs (2-3 lbs)
    1 lb smoked sausage
    1 lb shrimp or crawfish
    16 oz okra (do not overcook)(24 oz way too much)
    crab legs (optional)
    filet seasonings


saute fresh veggies until soft, put sauted veggies, tomatos, chicken, chicken broth, smoked sausage & roux to stock pot, cover and heat to boil then simmer until chicken is done, add shrimp and okra at end to cook for 3 minutes. If using put crab legs in 15 minutes then shell and add to mix for 3 minutes.
