Phase One Chili

Made only with stuff allowed on Phase One of South Beach! Made only with stuff allowed on Phase One of South Beach!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can each of Goya Red Kidney Beans
    Dark Red Kidney Beans
    White Beans
    Black Beans
    Any Brand Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans of Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
    1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped
    1-1 1/3 lbs lean ground beef

Directions

Brown the beef and season to your liking. Add the chopped onions when beef is done. Do not cook them in the pan. Open all cans and rinse the beans. Do not dispose of tomato liquid. Add all ingredients to your crock pot and turn dial to high. Ideally, cook through until all ingredients are warm, mine took 4 hours. Enjoy!
