Beef Vegetable Soup

Introduction

The worst thing about this is the sodium, but if you use a low sodium broth it would help. Just throw it all in the crock pot and you have a wonderful dinner ready to go whenever the masses are ready to eat! Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 pkg (16 oz ea) frozen mixed vegetable
    1 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    Seasoning to taste (generally use basil, thyme, pepper and oregano, then whatever else hits me)

Directions

Use ground round, brown in skillet.. Put in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
