Introduction

15 bean mix with chipotle chiles 15 bean mix with chipotle chiles

Ingredients

    1.5 c 15 bean mix
    1 6 oz can v8
    1 14 oz can tomato sauce
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1 cup chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
    1 - 2 c leftover cooked meat
    1.5 c frozen corn
    2 stalks celery diced
    1 carrot sliced
    5 cloves garlic minsced
    1 sm onion diced
    cumin
    oregano
    chile powder
    worcestshire
    salt

Directions

Soak beans, rinse. Cook beans in water or chicken broth1.5 hours. Add vegetabels and cook 1 hour. Add the reast of the ingredients- seasons are to taste. Simmer 30 min or until beans are tender.
