Pork tenderloin 1 can Swanson's fat free beef broth 1 medium onion 1 bottle Carolina barbeque sauce (Central Market brand)
Put pork loin in slow cooker with beef broth and sliced onion. Cook until pork pulls apart easily with fork. Shred pork and add barbeque sauce. Serve on bread or hamburger bun (not included in calorie count). Makes approximately 12 sandwiches.
