    5 oz chicken breast diced
    1/3 cup soy nuts
    1/3 cup craisins
    1/3 cup red onion chopped
    1/4 cup lowfat yogurt
    2 Tablespoons Light Mayo
    Salt
    Pepper
    Optional - Curry Powder

Directions

Mix all the ingredients.
