Modified Low-Calorie Peanut Butter Topping

Introduction

Get all that sweet & salty peanut butter flavor in a low calorie spread. Get all that sweet & salty peanut butter flavor in a low calorie spread.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 c. Sugar Free, Fat Free Pudding (any flavor)
    1/4 c. Smooth Peanut Butter
    salt (optional)

Directions

Beat peanut butter and pudding until well blended. Place in fridge until thick.

Use as spread on toast or in oatmeal. Great dip for fruits and veggies.

Experiment with different pudding flavors. This is used to keep the peanut butter spread thick. Unflavored gelatin may also be used.
