Ingredients

    2 C Zuchinni half moon slices
    2 C Summer (yellow) squash half moon slices
    1T olive oil
    1/2 C large chop onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. Italian seaoning blend

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Add all ingredients and stir fry until onion is translucent and squash is done.
Makes 4 generous servings
