I wanted to make a chili that was tasty and more healthy than the normal chili that we would make before SparkPeople entered our life.I really just substituted ground beef with Ground Turkey is all.

Number of Servings: 20
Ingredients

2 cans of Chili Beans
2 cans of Dark Kidney Beans
1 can of Light Kidney Beans (drained)
1 can of Great Northern Beans (drained)
1 can of Butter Beans (drained)
1 Can of Pinto Beans (drained)
2 cans of Diced Tomatoes (drained)
1.5 lbs of Ground Turkey
1 Large Onion (chopped)
2 Large Green Bell Peppers (chopped)
3 cloves garlic
2 large Jalepenos sliced
1/2 cup chili powder
2 tbsp paprika
salt to taste
Directions
Combine all the beans and diced tomatoes in large pot. Add chili powder, paprika and salt
Set on Low
In a separate skillet sautee onions, bell peppers, jalepenos and garlic till tender. Set aside.
Brown Ground Turkey
Add everything to the Pot of Beans and let cook on low for 60 mins or until wonderful aromas fills your entire house and it's hot enough to eat.
*****I like slow cooking it in a crockpot all day. More flavorful
