Pork loin (chops), 3 slices total 1/2 lb
Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.5 cup
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
*Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
*Flour, white, .25 cup
dredge chops in flour, brown in skillet with olive oil. (3 min per side)
Remove from skillet. Add 1 1/2 T flour to skillet and stir to absorb oil. Mix in buttermilk and parsley.
Add back the pork chops and cover for 20-25 min.
serve with noodles, mashed potatoes or other starch.
