2 cups ricotta cheese
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup granulated Splenda or stevia
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fill a flat pan with water, place it on the bottom rack of the oven.
Pour into 9 inch pan and bake on top rack for 30 to 40 minutes.
Chill before serving.
