Egg salad sandwich

Ingredients

    4 fresh medium eggs
    2 slices of white or whole wheat bread
    3 tbsp or mayo or whatever you like to taste
    2 tbsp yelloe mustard
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Cut eggs in little pieces, add mayo and mustard and mash the mixture a little, spreas over bread.
