Ingredients

    Filling:
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 env. Desert vanilla pudding

    Crust:
    3/4 cup graham crackers
    2 tbsp. butter

Directions

Filling:
Blend all ingredients. Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.

Crust:
Combine 3/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs with 2 teaspoons melted butter. Press into an 8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
