Ingredients

1/2 cup organic whole wheat couscous
0.5 oz prunes diced into cubes
5 oz. water
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp butter
Directions
In a small sauce pan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add couscous, cover. Turn off heat, and let stand for 5 minutes. fluff with a for, and add diced prunes and lemon zest/ toss to combine
