Scallops with Mushrooms and Peppers

Ingredients

    * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium
    * Olive Oil, 1-2 tbsp
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 large
    * Scallops, raw, 8 oz

Directions

Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms until soft in olive oil on high heat. Add wine. Add scallops and stir until cooked, about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on size of scallops. Season to taste.
