2 pounds extra lean ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 2 toes minced garlic 2 26-ounce cans of spaghetti sauce 12 ounces dry elbow macaroni 8 ounces cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic. Wtih extra lean beef, there's no need to drain it. Should you use a fattier variety, drain the beef mexture adjust the nutritional information accordingly. While meat is browning,cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain pasta. Mix beef, pasta, and both cans of spaghetti sauce. Place mixture into casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
