IntroductionThis is so yummy that even my picky 5 year old ate it...and had seconds! This is so yummy that even my picky 5 year old ate it...and had seconds!
1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart (reduced fat)
16 oz Ragu light alfredo sauce
1/3 cup 1 % milk
2 cups brocolli
2 cups carrots (quartered)
1 cup onion (chopped)
1 lb BSCB, sliced thin, cut into 2" pieces
1 T olive oil
In a large skillet, saute brocolli, carrots and onions until tender-crisp.
Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink inside.
Add alfredo sauce and heat through.
Transfer to a lightly Pam sprayed 8" baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine Bisquick and milk just until moistened. Drop 6 small tablespoons on top of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered for 20-22 minutes, or until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
Serve by spooning out 1 biscuit each plus chicken mixture immediately below it.

Oh that sounds like a good sub. How did you like it? Did you use the carrots also?
