Introduction

These great bran muffins are a favorite of mine. With a hint of banana and soft raisins, they make a great treat. Try warmed in the microwave with I Can't Believe It's No Butter Spray for a perfect breakfast or snack. No white sugar or eggs and plenty of room for modifications. Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    In a medium bowl:
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    c. raisins
    c. honey
    2 T. Oil
    c. Non-fat Milk

    In a small bowl:
    1 c. Bran
    1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    1 t. Baking Soda
    1 t. Baking Powder

Directions

Combine bowls, pour into 15 muffin tins, back at 400 for about 15 mins.
