    2 large apples
    1 small red onion
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 stick unsalted butter

Directions

slice apples 1/4" thick. slice onion 1/8" thick. sutee in butter until firm-tender. add browen sugar, stir until syrup forms.
