Sliced beef tips with carrots and celery. Flavored with a cup of your favorite wine, garlic, and chicken stock. Great on its own or on top of noodles or rice. Ingredients

    2.5 lbs. of cubed beef
    5 large carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
    5 celery stocks, coarsely chopped
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    1 cup red wine
    3 cups chicken stock (or quantify needed to fill crock pot 2/3 full)
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    1 teaspoon salt (can be omitted and added later)
    2 teaspoon garlic powder or seasoning mix

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.

2. Set slow cooker on low for 8 hours or until cooked through.

3. Serve! I prefer seasoning each portion with salt and pepper individually so the recipe above may be bland as-is.
