Submitted by: TABOLI

Introduction

I like making vegetarian dishes through out the week, sometimes its tough to cook nice vegetarain meals, but I learned these from my mother and they taste very nice, also tomato paste and suace is rich with antioxidants that fight cancerous cells. My boy friend who grew up eating meat everyday loves it :) I like making vegetarian dishes through out the week, sometimes its tough to cook nice vegetarain meals, but I learned these from my mother and they taste very nice, also tomato paste and suace is rich with antioxidants that fight cancerous cells. Ingredients

Frozen green beans( I estimated 800 grams)
    1 Onion chopped
garlic 3 cloves, the more the nicer it tastes
    Olive oil 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    cumin to taste
Tomato paste half a small can
    1 cup of water
    Mixed italian spice optional

Directions

heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion and garlic cook until it starts to turn brownish, add the beans( after you defrost and drain the extra water) and mix add salt and pepper, leave for a few minutes and then add the tomato suace and cumin, cook for about 15 minutes
adding italian spice( sage, oregano, thyme rosemary, basil) makes it very fresh and tasty, 1 tbsp

This meal tastes nice with a small side of rice.

Sorry I dont have the exact times, but would be good to taste the suace and the beans and this is how you know its ready :)
