Introduction

Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 egg white
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 T lite syrup
    1 tsp almond flavoring
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup oatmeal, quick cooking
    2 cups whole wheat flour

Directions

combine softened cream cheese and eggs, blending well
Add eggs, syrup, sugars, baking powder, salt & almond flavoring. Mix well. Add oatmeal & flour, stirring until combined. Use a pampered chef small cookies scoop, place on pan sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten cookies with bottom of cup dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 -9 minutes.
Makes 48 cookies this size.
You could add chopped almonds, but that would change the calorie & fat count.
