Ingredients

    Not sure of calculations try 100 sodium for each muffin. About 150 calories.low fat about 200 carbs.about 4 grams of fiber

Directions

get 2 bowls one for dry ingredients and 1 for wet ingredients.
Mix all dry ingredients in a larger bowl then mix all wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and if you want to add walnuts add them after both wet and dry ingredients are mixed. Get muffin pans or loaf pan and spray with canola oil. Fill up 1/2 to 3/4 full use toothpick to see if done. Put oven at 350 degrees Preheat. cook for 30- 35 minutes
