Homemade Chicken Soup

Submitted by: HEALTHPRINCESS9

Introduction

A great way to use the entire rotisserie chicken... No need to waste anything!

I enetered in approximate information to get the calorie count... But really I just throw my leftover odds and ends into a pot and enjoy =)

Ingredients

    Homemade chicken stock
    Water
    Wheat pasta
    Rotisserie chicken meat
    Frozen or fresh vegetables

Directions

First, prepare the chicken stove with the bones and skin from the rotisserie chicken. Be sure to save some of the chicken to put back into the soup!
When I prepared the stock, it took around 4 hours. I then refregerated it until the next day.

Once you have the stock, combine with water, pasta, vegetables and chicken. Let simmer and enjoy!
