Tried it on my family today before I make it for a ladies' brunch next month. It passed the test. I used half feta and I think next time I will add some dill. Very easy to make. Make sure the spinach is fully thawed out so all the ingredients can blend well. - 11/26/08

Made with the half cheddar half feta....not bad as long as i didn't get a huge chunk of spinach with no cheese. Might try a different brand of spinach, or just cook up some fresh if i make it again - it was very clumpy. - 8/19/07

  • I used a little less cottage cheese (I didn't have 16 oz.). Added pepper, salt, and onion powder. It turned out really well. Hubby loved it. - 3/22/11
