Two Egg Omelet

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1 slice Kraft 2 % milk cheese
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Heat a small skillet and spray with nonstick spray. Pour egg mixture in skillet and allow to cook completely over medium heat. Place cheese slice on one half of the circle and fold remaining half over the cheese. Makes 1 omelet.
