Chicken with 20 Cloves of Garlic



Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts - Skinned
    2 Chicken Thighs - Skinned
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    Salt, Pepper and Paprika
    1Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
    1 Tablespoon Rosemary
    20 Cloves Garlic - peeled but left whole

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Rub the Chicken with1 Tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with the salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Brown chicken in an ovenproof skillet about 4 minutes per side.
4. Drizzle with the other Tablespoon of olive oil. Add the thyme and rosemary and garlic. Cover and cook for 11/2 hour.
