Introduction

Needed to make something warm and different with my tuna sandwich. Needed to make something warm and different with my tuna sandwich.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 5 oz
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3 strips
    Cucumber (with peel), .20 cup slices
    Jalapeno Peppers, .15 pepper
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    *Onion powder, .25 tsp
    Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded, .25 cup
    Havarti Cheese, Slices 2
    Multigrain Bread 2 slices
    Butter flavor Non stick spray

Directions

Mix together everything except the Havarti and the bread.
Spray one side of bread with Pam. Place in skillet - sprayed side down - on medium heat. Spread on top of bread half of the tuna mixture and cover with slice of Havarti. Repeat for second slice of bread.
Heat until cheese is melted. Make 2 servings.
