6oz. container Yoplait Thick & Creamy lowfat creme caramel yogurt
1 ripe medium banana, cut into chunks
1 1/4 cups soymilk
1 Tbsp fat-free caramel topping
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Directions
Makes 2 servings. Place all ingredients into blender. Cover, blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
