Introduction

This is a salad loaded with veggies and very tasty and filling. This is a salad loaded with veggies and very tasty and filling.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    I head of Iceberg lettuce, chopped up
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    8 oz. mushrooms,sliced
    10 radishes, sliced
    6 baby carrots, shredded
    2 stalks of broccoli, chopped (buds only)
    2 c caulifower,chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c onions, diced
    1 cucumber, peeled and diced
    3 ozs,Kraft cheese crumbles

Directions

Chop up and prepare all items and toss in a large bowl.
approx- 20-1 1/2c servings.

I also like to adding some avocado but it is not included in the salad because it browns so I add it separately.
