High protein, low fat and great filling taste! High protein, low fat and great filling taste!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Pita Bread
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can sweet corn
    salsa
    Fat free sour cream
    Colby jack cheese slices

Directions

Combine can black beans and can sweet corn. Microwave 3 minutes. Fold open pita bread and place 1 slice colby jack cheese. Microwave 30 seconds till cheese melted. Add 1/2 cup of black bean/sweet corn mixture to pita bread. Top with sour cream and salsa.

Black bean/corn mixtures = enough for 8 pitas
