Lemonade scones (sultana)Submitted by: PHRASER
3 cups self raising flour
1 cup pouring cream
1 cup lemonade soda (ie sprite or similar)
Pat out to 2cm thickness on floured board, cut with floured cutter into 24 pieces.
Brush top with a little milk if desired.
Bake in 220 degree celcius oven for 12 minutes or until risen and golden on top.
