Ingredients

    45g cooked chickpeas
    1 t crunchy peanut butter
    1 t mild curry powder
    1 t chopped fresh mint
    1 glove garlic
    2 T low-fat/non-fat yoghurt
    juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

Place cooked chickpeas in a small blender and add lemon juice, peanut butter, mint and curry powder. Blen until the ingredients atart to break down slightly.
Add the well crushed garlic, and yogurt. Blend until smooth. (be careful not to over blend)
Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve in a small bowl with bread and veggetables.
