Ingredients

    1/2 C dried plums (P.C. for prunes)
    1/2 C water
    1-1/2 C strawberries, halved
    1 very ripe banana
    1 cup strawberry yogurt (your choice: lowfat, no-fat, fruit on the bottom)
    2 Tbsp chocolate syrup (ala Hershey's)
    3/4 C 1% milk

Directions

Let "dried plum" plump for 15 minutes in the water; place in blender and puree. Add other ingredients, blend until smooth. Makes 3 - 4 servings.
