Ingredients

    1 100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread
    1 boneless skinless chicken breast
    4 tablespoons of Pico De Gallo Salsa

Directions

Dice Chicken into bite size pieces

Heat pan with Olive Oil Cooking spray (or use a Foreman Grill) and cook the chicken, adding the cilantro halfway through.

Cut pita bread in half, placing half the chicken and half the salsa in each, and enjoy!!!!!
