Taco Dip

Submitted by: PLDG2HEALTH

Introduction

Serve warm with chips or with warmed tortilla (dip can be rolled in soft shells for burrito type snacking).

My family loves this dip. We frequently eat it as a meal and with baked chips and/or low fat whole wheat tortillas, it is a great healthy alternative to relieve their junk food cravings.
