Introduction

chicken, potatoes, mixed vegetables. gravy,
flour, shortening, baking power, salt, egg, milk

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup baked chicken breast
    1/3 onion.
    1 large stalk celery
    2 cups cooked, cubed potaoes
    1 cup mixed vegetables
    gravy made from juice left from baking chicken
    thicken with flour.
    salt and pepper to taste

    cook onion andf celery in Olive oil.

    Mix all ingredients .

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup milk
    2 TBS shortening
    1 tsp baking power
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Cut shoretening into flour baking powder and salt, making peas sized peices.
combing milk and egg.
Mix into flour mixture (will be thin)
Put chicken into an .8X8 pan.
Pour milk mixture over chicken (will be thin).
Bake for one hour
