Introduction

This chili is quick and easy and lasts. It digests well and contains good protien and fiber. Yum. This chili is quick and easy and lasts. It digests well and contains good protien and fiber. Yum.

Ingredients

    Spicy Chili Beans (not really spicy), Black beans, ground turkey, garlic, onion, yellow (or any color) pepper, tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, salt and peper.

Directions

In a large heavy skillet or pot cook ground turkey, onion, garlic and peppers till done. Add 2 cans of spicy chili beans in sauce, 1 large can of black beans, 2 cans rotel tomatoes and green chilies (if you do not like spicy, try the mild version of rotel) and 1 cup of water. Bring to a heavy simmer and simmer for 30 min. 15 minutes into simmer add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Makes approximately 12 one half cup servings. "Mushy Food Catagory"
