Ingredients

    MAKES 16 ONE CUP SERVINGS

    1 CUP OF GROUND TURKEY
    1 CAN OF SLOPPY JO SAUCE
    2 CUPS OF ONIONS
    2 CUPS OF CHEDDAR CHEESE
    1 BAG OF TATER TOTS

Directions

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.

BROWN THE GROUND TURKEY AND ADD THE ONIONS AND SAUCE ON THE STOVE IN A MEDIUM SKILLET TILL WARM.

POUR IN AN 11X7 INCH BAKING DISH.

ADD 1 AND 1/4 CUPS OF CHEESE AND MIX IN THE MEAT SAUCE AND SPREAD OUT IN THE PAN. LAYER THE TATER TOTS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON TOP AND SPRINKE THE REMAINING 3/4 CUP OF CHEESE ON TOP.

HEAT IN THE OVEN FOR FORTY MINUTES UNTIL THE POTATOES BEGIN TO TURN BROWN.

REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SERVE.
