16 oz Shiritake fettuccine 1 Tbs flour 1/2 c. Milk, 1% 2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard 8 oz Tuna, Canned in Water, 9 oz Artichokes, frozen, 1 package, thawed and rough chopped Sat and pepper to taste
Drain and thoroughly rinse Shiritake noodles. Generously coat saucepan with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat, add flour. Cook flour until golden in color. Gradually add milk and heat until thickened. Add mustard and mix until smooth. Add to noodles. Fold in tuna and artichoke hearts. Adjust salt and peppre seasoing to taste. Place in greased 3 qt. baking dish. . Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
