Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar
    1 cup pecans chopped
    1 butternut squash cut up (May also use spaghetti squash)
    ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp fat free margarine


Directions

clean & cut up squash in small chunks, add to baking dish. add pecans & sprinkle with brown sugar & cinnamon. Add 1 tbsp fat free margarine to top, cover & bake 1 hr or until squash is tender. (May also use spaghetti squash)
