12 large mushrooms
8OZ (250g) cream cheese
1/2 cooked crab meat
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Thoroughly combine cream cheese, parmesan and crab.
Add 1 tbsp mix to each cap
place on baking dish and cover.
bake at 350F 45 min covered, taking cover off last 5 min.
squeeze fresh lemon on top before eating.
**I usually add fresh garlic to the cream cheese to add flavour.
makes 12 servings of 1 cap each
