Introduction

Threw this together today and kids loved it! I'll be toying with it over time. Very filling. Threw this together today and kids loved it! I'll be toying with it over time. Very filling.

Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water
    1/2 cup salsa
    .25 cup Colby Jack cheese
    .5 cup black Beans
    2 slices whole wheat bread

Directions

Mix all but the bread in a bowl. Spread on bread to make sandwich and grill (I used my George Foreman).
