Rise and Shine Protein Smoothie

Submitted by: STEFUNI1

Introduction

I am just experimenting with different combos to come up with a tasty quick breakfast. This actually fills you up, and keeps you feeling satisfied for about 4 hours.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/4 cup vanilla soy milk or skim milk
(If using Skim Milk the nutrition Info will change)
1 scoop Whey protein powder vanilla flavored ( I use "Body Fortress")
1 Tbsp Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt ( I prefer "Stoneyfield Farm")
1/4 cup each frozen pineapple and peaches (this measurement is approximate)
    1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender
If using Skim Milk instead of Soy Milk you should add the orange juice last.
Blend about 30 seconds or until smooth, and creamy.
Pour, Drink, Enjoy.
