Potato and Ham Soup Potato and Ham Soup
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8c Diced Potatoes
    1 Cup chopped onion
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 can low fat cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 package light cream cheese
    1/2 pound diced turkey (or regular) ham

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot except light cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours. Add cream cheese, let melt for 15-20 minutes.
